Case Study — Pedagogy Club
Pedagogy Club runs 11+ tuition classes for 2,400+ families across Redbridge — and needed more than a website. I built pedagogy-enrolments, a custom WordPress plugin with its own admin area for:
- Class management — inputting and organising class data
- Bookings — confirming enrolments within each class
- Billing — monthly fees via GoCardless Direct Debit
- Site settings — SMTP, notification banners, page content, all editable without touching code
Paired with a fully custom theme (no page builder), built and handed over with real documentation — a data security brief and a how-to guide — so the client isn’t locked out of their own site.
