AI automation, built by the engineer who runs it — not an agency
Most AI offers are a wrapper around someone else's tool and a monthly retainer. I build the thing — assistants that actually know your business, workflows that run without you, and the plumbing that lets them talk to the systems you already use.
What I actually build with AI
Everything below is something I have built and run in production — including my own 24/7 memory system with its own dashboard and tooling, and a pipeline that researches a business, builds a redesign concept and publishes it end to end without me touching it.
Assistants that know your business
Not a generic chatbot bolted to a corner of the page. An assistant that answers from your own documents, pricing and process — and says it does not know rather than inventing an answer that costs you a customer.
Workflows that run without you
The repetitive chain — enquiry lands, gets qualified, logged, routed, chased — wired together so it happens whether or not anyone remembers. Built on your existing tools, not a platform you have to migrate to.
Systems your AI can safely operate
The plumbing that lets an assistant actually do things — read the right data, take the right action, and be prevented from taking the wrong one. This is the part most AI projects skip and then quietly fail on.
Custom tooling built to your process
When the off-the-shelf tool almost fits but not quite, the gap is where the cost lives. I build the missing piece properly instead of making your team work around a subscription.
An AI agency, or the person building it
The common approach
- A reseller wrapping someone else's tool
- A discovery phase billed before anything is built
- Account managers relaying your notes to a developer
- A pilot that demos well and never reaches production
- A retainer that survives the project
How I do it
- Someone who has built and runs these systems
- A straight answer on whether AI is even the right tool
- You talk to the person writing the code
- Shipped into your real workflow, or not started
- Paying for the build, not the layer above it
FAQ
Are you an AI agency?
No — and that is rather the point. I am one engineer who builds and runs these systems, so there is no account layer between you and the person writing the code. If a job genuinely needs a team, I will tell you that instead of stretching to fit it.
Do I need to be on WordPress for this?
No. WordPress is where I specialise for websites, but automation and AI work sits alongside whatever you already run — your CRM, your inbox, your booking system, your spreadsheets. The integration work is the job; the platform underneath is just a detail.
How do I know it will not just be an expensive experiment?
Because we start from the task, not the technology. If the honest answer is that a simple automation or a better form would fix it, I will say so — AI is worth paying for when it removes real, repeated work, and a waste of money when it is bolted on to look modern.
Tell me what's broken, or what you're starting.
One email or a fifteen-minute call. I read and reply to every one myself.
