Pedagogy Club
Pedagogy Club — A Custom Theme And Enrolments Plugin

The brief
Pedagogy Club runs classroom-based 11+ tuition in Ilford for Years 3, 4 and 5, serving 2,400+ families with an 80%+ offer rate at grammar and independent schools. Running classes at this scale needed more than a brochure website — it needed a real system behind it.
The build
A fully custom WordPress theme (no page builder), paired with a bespoke plugin — pedagogy-enrolments — built specifically for how this business runs: a Classes area for managing class data, Bookings for confirming enrolments, monthly billing via GoCardless Direct Debit, and a Settings area covering SMTP and the site’s notification banner, all editable without touching code. The homepage also supports Hindi, Gujarati, Tamil and Telugu, reflecting the families it serves.
The result
A website and admin system the client actually runs their business through — handed over with real documentation (a data security brief and a how-to guide), not just a login and a shrug.

Bettafi
Bettafi — A WordPress Build For An AI Finance App

The brief
Bettafi is a pre-launch AI personal finance app — expense tracking, AI-driven planning, debt management, and bank connections, all in one place. Before the app itself goes live, the site had one job: convert visitors into waitlist sign-ups and make a pre-launch product feel credible.
The build
Built on Elementor Pro’s v4 atomic architecture — the same modern build system used across my own site — with a custom child theme rather than a stock template. Privacy was treated as a design constraint, not an afterthought: Burst Statistics instead of Google Analytics, and WPConsent for cookie compliance, both fitting for a product that will eventually ask people to connect their bank accounts.
The result
A fast, credible, waitlist-driven site that looks and feels like a funded fintech product — not a placeholder page while the app gets built.

A referral engine to grow the waitlist
Beyond the marketing pages, the build includes a gamified referral system: a visitor’s position on the waitlist, their progress toward the next milestone, and a personal invite link, all wired to real referral counts rather than a static graphic.

Built responsive from the first line of CSS
Every section, including the referral dashboard above, holds up at any width. Nothing here is a desktop layout squeezed into a smaller viewport afterwards.

HD Security Systems
HD Security Systems — Website & Brand Collateral

The brief
A security installer offering CCTV, monitored alarms and gate automation needed a professional presence across every touchpoint a prospective client actually encounters — not just a website, but the business cards, email signatures and social presence around it too.
The build
A landing page built around the specific services on offer, structured so a visitor can find and understand CCTV, alarm monitoring or gate automation without wading through generic security-company copy. Business card design, a consistent email signature, and seasonal social media content rounded out the same visual identity across every material the business actually uses day to day — not just the parts that are easy to see.
The result
A consistent, trustworthy presence across the touchpoints that actually matter for a security business — the website that generates the enquiry, and the printed and digital materials that reinforce it once a conversation starts.

Ecoboxes
Ecoboxes — Brand, Website & SEO for a Sustainable Packaging Business

The brief
A sustainable packaging business with a genuinely good product and almost no online visibility — the brand and the site both needed to actually communicate what made Ecoboxes different, rather than reading as another generic packaging supplier that happened to mention sustainability once on the homepage.
The build
Brand identity and website built around the sustainability angle specifically, backed by real technical SEO work rather than just claiming the positioning: keyword research targeting genuine sustainable-packaging search terms, content and meta descriptions built around those terms, and an educational resource centre added to the site so it earned search visibility on its own merit rather than relying purely on paid traffic. Backlinks were built specifically from reputable sustainability and environmental sites, not generic link farms — relevance mattered more than raw volume.
The result
A site that ranks for the terms that actually matter to the business, with a brand and content strategy that back up the sustainability claim instead of just stating it.
